Confirm the meetings Supernormal is scheduled to capture, and make changes to your permissions for individual meetings from this view

The Upcoming Meetings sidebar on the Meetings page allows you to verify if Supernormal is scheduled to join upcoming meetings. For Zoom and Teams, you can also change the capture settings for individual meetings.

Google Meet

For Google Meet meetings, you can verify whether Supernormal will automatically transcribe your meetings. It’s not currently possible to change the capture setting from the Upcoming Meetings panel; however, you can change your automatic transcription setting for Google Meet from your Account Settings page. If Automatically take notes for Google Meet meetings is enabled in Account Settings, you will see the following icon.

If Automatically take notes for Google Meet meetings is disabled in Account Settings, you will see the following icon.

Tip: You can turn transcription off on a Google Meet calls from the Supernormal Chrome widget by clicking STOP .

Zoom and Microsoft Teams

For Zoom and Microsoft Teams, you can view the current setting for an upcoming meeting as well as make changes to the capture settings for individual meetings by clicking on the icon to the left of the meeting title.

❗️Use this method to update the capture settings for a meeting only if making the change 10+ minutes prior to the scheduled start time. When less than 10 minutes out, we are unable to guarantee your updated request.
