If you prefer that Supernormal not automatically join all Teams and Zoom meetings on your calendar, you can restrict auto-join to only the meetings you've organized, or fully turn auto-join off.

To set Supernormal to only automatically join the meetings you have organized head to your Account Settings page and select Join only calendar events that I created.

To turn off all automatic capture for Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings select Join only when I invite [email protected].

If you have selected either of the last 2 settings, and you need Supernormal to join a meeting it was not scheduled to, invite the Supernormal bot manually by adding [email protected] to your meetings as a participant once the meeting begins.

❗️ If you are not the host of the meeting, the host will need to allow the Supernormal bot to join and record the meeting!
