Bringing Norma to your meeting is like having a teammate who never forgets. Let Norma help you brainstorm ideas, uncover insights, and deliver a comprehensive recap of the meeting.
Norma is currently in Beta for users on the Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.
What is Norma?
Norma is an AI-powered conversational assistant designed to enhance and enrich your meetings. It’s like having ChatGPT in your meetings, but with the added ability to remember everything discussed during the meeting, so you can easily ask questions like…
“What ideas do you have to increase user retention based on these observations?”
“Give me 3 takeaways from this conversation”
“Can you give me a recap of what we discussed in this meeting?”
Who can use Norma?
While in Beta, Norma is free and available on…

How to use Norma
Note: When you invite Norma to a meeting, audio & video will also be recorded. Everyone on the call can engage with Norma.
Invite Norma to your meeting by clicking on the video button in the Supernormal Chrome Extension. Previously, this button invited a bot to just record audio & video. Now, that same bot—referred to as ‘Norma’—can also interact with all participants during the meeting.
Norma can be in one of 4 states, each of which comes with its own unique animation. You can interrupt Norma at any point by talking over her, in which case she will go back to Listening mode. She will respond again after you say something, unless you say "Hey Norma, stop".
Idle: Norma is passively listening to the conversation
Listening: Norma is actively listening to your question. To trigger this state, you must say “Hey Norma” followed by your query (e.g., “Hey Norma, can you give me a recap of what we just talked about?”)
Thinking: Norma is processing your question and coming up with a response. This can take a few seconds.
Speaking: Once Norma formulates a response, she will start talking. Norma provides one response at a time, so if you want a follow-up, you just need to say “Hey Norma” again to continue the conversation.
