Transitioning to Radiant? We’ve made it simple to complete a one time import of historical meeting data saved to your Supernormal account.
Importing posts from Supernormal
While Radiant is open, navigate to your Mac menu bar, and select File > Import Supernormal data from the drop down menu to start the import process.
2. When the import begins, you will see the following message
3. Track the status of your import from the bottom left corner of the Radiant app
4. After your import is complete, you can access all historical Supernormal posts in the left-hand navigation by date, alongside what you’ve captured with Radiant.
Notes will not import over from Supernormal, but you may manually generate meeting summaries from the meeting pages.
Generating meeting summaries for imported meetings
To generate meeting summaries for imported meetings type "Craft meeting summary" into the chat field- What else can I help you with?
Upon generation, this summary will automatically be added to the main page of the meeting.
❗️Importing into Radiant will not affect post access in Supernormal.
❗️This is not a recurring sync; if you continue to capture meetings in Supernormal after importing into Radiant, those new meetings cannot be imported into the Radiant app.
❗️This is a one time import, once complete, you will not be able to run another.
❗️We do not support imports from Radiant to Supernormal
