Is Supernormal releasing new pricing?

Supernormal's most releasing pricing release

Written by Katie Lane
Updated yesterday

Yes. This year Supernormal has become more than a notetaker, completing post-meeting project tasks like making slides, spreadsheets, and drafting documents. To reflect this and make pricing fairer, we’re switching to credit-based rather than seat-based pricing.

Now you can invite as many teammates as you like to your Supernormal organization and only pay for the credits you use.

To see how the new Pro and Business plans compare to your current plan, log in to Supernormal and click on your profile picture in the bottom left of the screen SettingsBilling (note: you must be an admin).

You will have one-month to upgrade to a new pricing plan of choice from when you are notified in mid-late April.

What is a credit?

Credits are used to perform tasks within Supernormal. Usage will depend on the type and complexity of tasks performed. Credits are shared between teams. If you have other team members on your account, you share your base credits.

How does Supernormal work?

Download the free Mac or Windows desktop app here and the app will start capturing meetings that use your computer’s microphone, then generating shareable meeting notes after every call. To capture in-person meetings or voice notes, click “New capture” in the app. You can then prompt from all your captured meetings in the Supernormal web app to turn meetings into whatever work you need to deliver – slides, spreadsheets, documents, email copy, and more. Group your meetings into projects to make work that references all your project context. Take a 40 second product tour here.

Which plan is right for me?

If you just want to give Supernormal a try, then download the meeting notetaker app and start with our free plan. If you’re an individual or small team, our Pro plan is best and you can adjust how many credits you buy based on your monthly usage. If you’re a larger team that needs more control and visibility into how everyone on the team is using Supernormal, then the Business plan is the right choice for you.
