Shortcuts

Use the same post meeting prompt often? Want to re-work your notes in another style/template? Now we've given you an easier way to interact with your meetings via shortcuts

Written by Katie Lane

Shortcuts are reusable actions after a meeting you can explicitly choose to use.

There are two different types of Shortcuts:

  • Pre-made actions based on default prompts, that will always be available to you that our team has hand picked and created.

  • Click on the button with the Stars 'AI Summary' under your meeting title to get the Shortcuts dropdown:

  • Shortcuts that you Create from scratch by writing your own prompt in our Shortcut editor

💡 Staff Tip

Here are some of our favorite Shortcuts we've seen from some of our very own users:

customer-problems

  • /customer-problems helps our user Calie pull a summary of her clients’ issues from their conversations, so she and her team can swiftly address them. This and /action-items keep them focused on what really matters.

creative-ideas

summarize

  • This shortcut shows how easy it is to tailor your summaries so they’re always written exactly how you like them.

  • Our user Austin's prompt defines his preferred structure and headings, focusing on things like unresolved questions and concerns raised, so he never misses a thing.

coaching-text

  • Our user Sara coaches around 50 athletes to achieve consistent elite performance by optimizing their mental game.

  • Many athletes don’t check email often, so a text message recaps the coaching discussion and integrates learnings into their everyday lives.

follow-up-email

  • User Brad is on a mission to help others build businesses and support their families, just like he did.

  • Now, after coaching and sales calls with clients, the /follow-up-email shortcut drafts him an email focused on outcomes and action that he can send in seconds.

proposal

  • User Zevy founded his agency, Arcjet, to build compelling new brands, not to spend hours writing client proposals.

  • Now Radiant drafts proposal options for him, based on client discussions, so he can get back to his craft.

show-notes

  • User Joe helps small business owners grow without burning out, and is a podcast host that specializes in helping overwhelmed business owners.

  • He uses /show-notes to get a personalized summary at the touch of a button!

governance-gatekeeper

  • /governance-gatekeeper from PMPlace is the ultimate Project Manager compliance and documentation tool. It instantly transforms meeting audio into decision logs, risk/issue registers, and action plans.

  • From actionable team tasks to a ready-to-send stakeholder email, your project governance is on-point, and you’ve got every detail under control.
