We’re so glad you are enjoying Supernormal! You can easily upgrade to a Pro or Business plan to get even more out of your meetings.
Upgrading your Plan from a Free plan
1. To upgrade your plan, navigate to your avatar and select Settings -> Billing
2. If upgrading from the Starter Plan, you will be able to Add Card when clicking Upgrade
If upgrading from Pro to Business, skip to step 3
3. Select your plan; confirm your billing frequency by toggling Billed yearly (or not by sticking with Monthly). In this step, you can also use the drop down to add buckets of credits depending on what your Usage (link) is like for you/your team.
4. Click Upgrade to add your billing details and lock in your new plan
Adjusting your Plan from your legacy (old) Pro/Business plan to our Updated Credit based plans
Navigate to your avatar and select Settings -> Billing
You can adjust your credits and price by using the dropdown under the plan name as shown below

Once you have your credits locked in, confirm your plan change. You will receive a confirmation
