If you're unable to download the Supernormal app, this is typically due to system compatibility requirements.
Check system compatibility
The Supernormal app is currently available for Mac users only. The app requires:
Apple Silicon processors (M1, M2, M3, M4 or later)
macOS 14.4.1 or later
The Supernormal app is not compatible with Intel-based Macs. We'll notify you when a Windows version becomes available.
Verify your Mac specifications
To check if your Mac meets these requirements:
Click the Apple menu (🍎) in the top-left corner of your screen
Select About This Mac
Confirm your processor type and macOS version
Update your macOS version
To ensure you're running the latest macOS version:
Open System Settings
Click General
Select Software Update
Install any available updates
