Check system compatibility
The Supernormal app is currently available for Mac and Windows users. The app requires:
Apple Silicon processors (M1, M2, M3, M4 or later)
macOS 14.4.1 or later
Windows 11 and after. We do not support Windows 10 or lower.
The Supernormal app is not compatible with Intel-based Macs.
Verify your system specifications
To check if your Mac meets these requirements:
Click the Apple menu (🍎) in the top-left corner of your screen
Select About This Mac
Confirm your processor type and macOS version
To check if your machine (Windows) meets these requirements:
System Settings
About
Scroll to Windows specifications for Windows version
Update your system version
To ensure you're running the latest macOS version:
Open System Settings
Click General
Select Software Update
Install any available updates
To ensure you're running the latest Windows version:
Open System Settings
Click Windows Update
Install any available updates via Check for updates
