Your monthly billing cycle is calculated from the date of sign up. For example, if you created your account on the 10th of the month, your monthly cycle will renew on the 10th of each subsequent month.
If you upgrade from a Starter plan to a Pro or Business plan, your billing date will be reset to the date you upgraded.
