Monthly minutes (or meetings if you are on the Starter plan), are shared between all members of an organization.
For example, an organization that is subscribed to the Pro 2300 plan will have 2300 minutes each month that are shared between everyone in the organization. A meeting captured by Supernormal for a member of your organization counts toward your monthly minutes or meetings.
NOTE: A meeting captured by more than one member of your organization will only be counted once. This means that if 2 or more members of your organization run Supernormal to capture the same 35 minute meeting, we will only count 35 minutes on your plan. In other words, you will not be billed for the same meeting more than once!
