If you prefer that Supernormal not automatically join all meetings on your calendar, you can restrict auto-join to only the meetings you've created, or fully disable auto-join.
To set Supernormal to only automatically join the meetings you have organized navigate to your Account Settings page and select Calendar events I created.
To disable all automatic capture, select Only when I invite [email protected].
If you have selected either of the last 2 settings, and you need Supernormal to join a Zoom or Teams meeting it was not scheduled to, invite the Supernormal bot manually by adding [email protected] to your meetings as a participant once the meeting begins.
For a Google Meet meeting, copy and paste the invite link into the +Capture meeting field on your Supernormal account.
❗️ If you are not the host of the meeting, the host will need to allow the Supernormal bot to join and record the meeting!
