If you prefer that Supernormal not automatically join all meetings on your calendar, you can restrict auto-join to only the meetings you've created, or fully disable it.
To set Supernormal to only join the meetings you have organized, navigate to the Account Settings page and select Calendar events I created under Meetings- Capturing Meetings.
To disable all automatic capture, select Only when I invite [email protected].
If you have selected either of the last 2 settings, and you need Supernormal to join a Zoom or Teams meeting it was not scheduled to, invite the Supernormal bot manually by adding [email protected] to your meetings as a participant once the meeting begins.
For a Google Meet meeting, copy and paste the invite link into the +Capture meeting field on your Meetings page.
❗️ If you are not the host of the meeting, the host will need to allow the Supernormal bot to join and record the meeting!
