When you’re at risk of going over your meeting or storage limits, Supernormal will send you an email notification with options for how to proceed.

For users on a Starter plan, if you go over your meeting-per-month limit, your meetings will still be captured but you will not be able to review the notes unless you upgrade to one of our paid plans. When your monthly limit resets, the notes for those meetings will become available. However, those meetings will count towards your meeting limit for the new month.

Storage limits are lifetime limits and are as follows for each plan:

For users on a Starter or Pro plan, if you go over your lifetime storage limit, your meetings will still be captured but you will not be able to review the notes until you upgrade your plan to include additional storage.
