New post-meeting experience

We've redesigned how you work with your meetings after they end.

After a meeting ends, watch as the Supernormal app enhances your notes in real-time—then click anywhere to edit, format with headings and lists, and polish before sharing. the Supernormal app saves automatically.

We've moved chat into a persistent right-hand panel that you can open or collapse anytime. This means you can pull information, generate drafts, and ask questions without ever leaving your notes.

The right panel also includes:

  • Suggested next steps—click any suggestion to instantly generate emails, messages, or documents

  • History navigation via the 🕘 button—revisit previous chats and suggestions

  • One-click toggle to collapse when you want to focus

Chat with your meeting

Use the chat field on the side panel to ask specific questions about your meeting or request custom outputs beyond the suggested next steps.

Examples:

  1. "Create GitHub issues for the bugs we discussed"

  2. "Document the decisions made and reasoning behind them"

  3. "What unresolved questions need follow-up?"

  4. "Draft an agenda for our next meeting"

Label speakers from your meeting

For scheduled meetings, you can teach the Supernormal app who said what by labeling speakers in the transcript:

  1. Click on the Transcript button

  2. Click on any unlabeled speaker (e.g., "Speaker 0") to see a dropdown of meeting participants

  3. Select the correct person—this labels all their comments throughout the meeting

  4. Rename the display name if needed

The Supernormal app remembers labeled speakers for future meetings with the same people, improving transcript accuracy over time.

Note: Speaker labeling is only available for scheduled meetings (meetings with a calendar event).
