There are several ways to capture with Supernormal. We'd recommend setting your preferences to Capture Meetings Automatically to capture with ease.
Click the Supernormal logo on the top bar on your Mac (or tray on Windows)
Click the Settings wheel at the bottom of the Supernormal pop out
Click Preferences -> Ensure Capture Meetings Automatically is checked as shown below
When your preferences are set to Capture Meetings Automatically, and when you open and join a meeting, Supernormal detects that a meeting is in progress. A notification will appear letting you know your meeting has been detected and is going to be captured (You will see the bar countdown from 15s before starting to auto capture). Note: you must open and join a meeting.
Supernormal works across most platforms, even ones not on your calendar, like Slack huddles, Discord, or WhatsApp.
