To enable recording at the user level, hosts wants to:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal

  2. In the navigation menu, select Settings

  3. Select the Recording tab

  4. Select the Record to computer files toggle to enable or disable it

  5. If a verification dialog appears, click Turn On to verify the change.

  6. Click to highlight Internal meeting participants and External meeting participants

See Zoom's support article for more customization guides.

Notes: If Record to computer files is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level, and you will need to contact your Zoom administrator. See more help content from Zoom about enabling recording at other levels

This requirement applies to the host of the meeting, regardless of whether they have a Supernormal account. If you are not the host, send this article to the host of the meeting to ensure Supernormal can join and record the Zoom meeting successfully.
