To automatically capture audio and video on Google Meet, enable the Record audio & video toggle in Account Settings. Norma will then join your meetings automatically, transcribe them, and record both audio and video. Learn more
Record audio & video is available on Pro and Business plans.
If Norma isn't automatically joining your meetings, you can also manually invite it to your call through the Chrome Extension to record audio and video.
When you join your meeting, click on the video 📹 icon in the extension to invite Norma to the call. Make sure you have the Supernormal Chrome extension installed.
2. After a few seconds, a pop-up will appear in the bottom-right corner of your screen asking you to admit Norma. Click Admit to permit. It may take a few seconds for Norma to fully join the meeting.
❗️If you’re not the meeting host, you’ll need to make sure the host allows Norma to join. Otherwise, the meeting cannot be recorded.
3. Once Norma is admitted into the meeting, it will start recording audio and video. You'll know when Norma is recording audio and video once you a green video icon appears next to the stopwatch in your extension.
