Automatically transcribe all Google Meet meetings on your calendar
To invite Norma, your meeting assistant, to automatically transcribe your Google Meet meetings and take notes, navigate to your Account Settings page and select Calendar events with a meeting link under Automatically join calendar events. Norma will then join any Google Meet meeting on the calendar synced with your Supernormal account.
Automatically record video of all meetings
If you're on a Pro or Business plan, you may also record video and audio of all Google Meet meetings by enabling Record audio & video from the Account Settings page.
In addition to transcribing your Google Meet meetings, Supernormal will also record the video and audio of each.
After the meeting has ended
Shortly after your meeting has concluded, you will receive an email from Supernormal letting you know that your meeting and meeting summary are ready to review. You will also see the meeting under Meetings on the Supernormal home page.
❗Removing the Supernormal bot from the meeting part-way through will end the transcription (and recording) at that point. You will receive notes for only the section of the meeting during which the bot was present.
