Ask Norma is available to all plans.

What is Ask Norma?

Ask Norma answers questions about your meetings and creates useful content, such as follow-up emails and product briefs.

You can ask about meeting details from...

  • An individual meeting

  • A set of meetings within a Group

  • Across all meetings on the Meetings page

How does Ask Norma work?

Ask Norma holds the current meeting transcript in its memory and uses that along with general LLM intelligence to answer your prompts.

How to use Ask Norma

  1. Navigate to a meeting note, group, or Meetings page

  2. Click the input field found at the bottom of the page.

  3. Type your prompt and select the submit button, or press enter.

  4. Copy individual responses from Norma to your clipboard.

    1. If you use Ask Norma on an individual meeting, you can add Norma's response to its notes.

    2. If you use Ask Norma on the Meetings page, you can make your prompt into an insight.

Threads & History

Prompts and follow-up prompts entered into Ask Norma for each meeting or group are saved as Threads. You can find previous threads by clicking the History icon in the upper right of the Ask Norma window, allowing you to review or continue them later. To start a new thread, simply click the plus button.

Threads are available only when using Ask Norma on an individual meeting or within a Group page.

πŸ’‘ Prompt ideas

Look for specific details:

  • What feedback was given for my project?

  • What are some insights I can use to improve our current product experience?

  • What things can I do next?

Create new content:

  • Write a product brief based on what was discussed

  • Pull me some user quote related to the user's ideal workflow

  • Write a follow up email summarizing the status of each project
