If the Supernormal bot is unexpectedly joining all of your meetings, check your account preferences.

There are 2 automatic joining settings; Transcribe all meetings and Record audio & video.

Transcribe all meetings permits Supernormal to join all Google, Zoom and Teams meetings on your calendar for the purpose of transcribing the meeting.

Record audio & video permits Supernormal to join all Zoom and Teams meetings on your calendar for the purpose of recording video and audio. Note: this setting does not affect Google Meet. (See Recording video (and audio) of your meeting for details on recording Google Meet meetings)

If you would like to rescind automatic Supernormal access to all of your meetings, turn off both of these settings.
