There can only be 1 admin of an Organization. Admins manage billing and a few other organization-wide settings. Only the current admin of an Organization can transfer admin ownership to another member. That member has to be a member of your Organization at the time of transfer.

To transfer ownership

  1. Navigate to your account avatar and select Organizations Settings from the drop down.

  2. Select Members from the horizontal menu

  3. From this page, click the ellipses next to the name of the member you'd like to transfer ownership to and then select Make admin
