Adding members

You can add members by name if they’re already part of your organization on Supernormal, or by email. You’ll also find Slack teammates here if you’ve connected with Slack.

If the person whose name you’re looking for isn’t showing up, they probably aren’t on Supernormal. We can fix that! Use their email instead and we’ll send them an invite to join your group.

NOTE: Members are only added to your group by default. That is, they won’t automatically join your organization unless:

  1. Your organization is configured to allow anyone with your team’s email domain to join. For more information on how organizations are created view Understanding how Organizations work, or contact [email protected].

  2. Your organization is connected with Slack or Google and the new teammate joins via one of those providers

Removing members

To remove members from a group, please reach out to [email protected] and we will take care of this for you!
