No groups yet? Learn how to create a group here! To add members to your groups:
1. Navigate to and select Settings on the group page
2. Scroll down to the Members section:
Adding members
You can add members by name if they’re already part of your organization on Supernormal, or by email. You’ll also find Slack teammates here if you’ve connected with Slack.
If the person whose name you’re looking for isn’t showing up, they probably aren’t using Supernormal yet. We can fix that! Use their email instead and we’ll send them an invite to join your group.
NOTE: Members are only added to the selected group. They are not automatically added as a seat to your organization unless:
Your organization is configured to allow anyone with your team’s email domain to join. For more information on how organizations are created view Understanding how Organizations work, or contact [email protected].
Your organization is connected with Slack or Google and the new teammate joins via one of these providers
Removing members
Members can remove themselves from groups.
To do so
click into the Group, and from the upper right corner hover over "Joined"
2. Joined will change to "Leave"
3. Select "Leave" and confirm your selection from the popup
To remove members from a group, if you are not that member, please reach out to [email protected] and we will take care of this for you!
