The dashboard calendar view allows you to further control which meetings Supernormal joins. When you’ve connected your calendar, you can view your upcoming meetings and confirm whether Supernormal is scheduled to join them. You can also change the join permissions for single meetings from this pane.

Google Meet

Confirm that Supernormal will automatically transcribe your Google Meet meetings. While it is not currently possible to change the join settings for a Meet call from the calendar dashboard, you can change your automatic transcription setting for Google Meet from your Account Settings page. Click here to learn more.

Note that you can stop transcribing a Google Meet meeting, by navigating to the extension status bar in the lower left corner, and clicking the square icon to the far right.

Zoom and Microsoft Teams

View the join permissions for your upcoming Zoom and Teams meetings and as needed, make changes for single meetings. Simply click into the icon to the left, and select the new permission.

Only use this view to update your join permissions when able to do so 10+ minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, Supernormal may not be able to accommodate the request.
