To delete your Supernormal account, navigate to your account avatar and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Under Profile you'll see Close account in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click on this and follow the prompts to close your account and delete all captured meeting data.
Account deletions are complete and irreversible. Once deleted we are unable to recover your account or any meeting data.
In some circumstances you will be prompted to contact our support team to process your account deletion. In that case please send an email to [email protected].
