Supernormal integrates with Salesforce so you can automatically sync your recordings, notes and highlights with deals and contacts. Please note: we do not support Salesforce Dev orgs/accounts.
Connecting Supernormal to Salesforce
Make sure your calendar is connected to your Supernormal account. See the connecting your calendar article for help.
Go to integration settings in Supernormal.
Enable the Salesforce integration (toggle to Blue).
Sign in to Salesforce and connect your account.
How to share your meeting recording and notes to Salesfore
We'll match call participants from synced calendar events captured by the Extension or Norma with your contacts in Salesforce and you'll have the option to send past notes by hitting the Integrations button in the top right corner of a set of notes. For new/current notes, we will automatically share the notes over to Salesforce once the meeting ends
It's that simple!
Edits made to your notes will not automatically be shared to Salesforce. These edits must be manually made to the Salesforce record.
